PawPlan Subscription Policy
Your pet’s wellness, on repeat
PawPlan subscriptions are designed to make pet care easy, reliable and perfectly timed. You set it up once, and we handle the rest so you never have to worry about missing a treatment or running out of your pet’s essentials.
How it works
When you subscribe to PawPlan, you choose your preferred products and delivery schedule. We will automatically send your order based on that schedule—for example, every 3 months for flea and worm protection packs. You’ll receive an email reminder before each renewal, giving you time to make changes or skip a delivery if needed.
Managing your subscription
You can manage everything in your PawPlan account, including:
- 🐾Updating your pet’s details or delivery address
- 🐾Changing your product selection or frequency
- 🐾Skipping a shipment
- 🐾Pausing or cancelling your subscription

Billing and payments
When you subscribe, you authorise PawPlan to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal cycle until you cancel. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You’ll receive a confirmation email after each successful payment.
Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically according to your selected frequency. If your payment method fails, we’ll send you a reminder so you can update your details and avoid disruption to your deliveries.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made after this time may apply to the following cycle, depending on order status. If your order has already shipped, it will still be delivered and billed as normal.
Changes to products or pricing
We occasionally update our product range or pricing. If your subscription is affected, we’ll notify you by email before your next renewal.
Pausing your subscription
Need a break? You can pause your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you’re ready, simply resume with one click—no reactivation fees or fuss.
