PawPlan Shipping Policy
Keeping tails wagging, one parcel at a time
We know how important it is to get your pet’s wellness products on time. PawPlan ships all orders quickly, securely and with care so your pets never miss a dose.
Processing times
Orders are packed and sent within 2 business days of payment being received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
Delivery frequency
Our protection products (like flea and worm treatments) come in 3-packs, which means we will automatically send you a new pack every 3 months—just in time for your next round of treatments. Other products, such as supplements or treats, can be adjusted to your preferred delivery schedule.
You will always get a reminder email before your next box ships so there are no surprises.
Shipping partners & tracking
We use trusted delivery partners including Australia Post and Sendle. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping costs
- 🐾Free shipping on all subscription and one-time orders over $49
- 🐾Flat rate $9.95 for subscriptions and one-time purchases under $49
Any shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery areas
We currently ship within Australia only. Some remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times. If your address is outside standard delivery zones, we’ll get in touch before shipping to confirm options.
Missed or delayed deliveries
Sometimes life—and couriers—get in the way. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number first. If it still looks lost in transit, contact us at support@pawplan.net.au and we’ll help sort it out.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email support@pawplan.net.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Changes to your address
Moving house? Please update your delivery address in your PawPlan account before your next shipment date. We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to an old address if it wasn’t updated in time.
Updates to this policy
We may review this Shipping Policy occasionally to improve our process or reflect courier changes. Any updates will be posted here with a revised date.
