What is PawPlan?

PawPlan is your pet’s wellness routine on repeat. We deliver vet-approved parasite protection, supplements, and other essentials straight to your door, right when your pet needs them. No more “oops, forgot the flea meds” moments.

What makes PawPlan different?

We source products that work for both cats and dogs because life’s simpler when your fur family can share (except food… that’s still a no). Every product is hand-picked, vet-endorsed, and quality-tested so you can care for your pets with confidence.

Can I use PawPlan for more than one pet?

Absolutely! Add each of your pets to your account. Everyone gets a personalised plan based on their size, age, and needs. We’ll even remember their birthdays if you tell us.

How It Works

How do subscriptions work?

Choose your pet’s essentials like flea and worm protection, supplements, and treats, then set your delivery frequency. We’ll send your next pack right when your pet needs it—no reminders or panic orders.

How often will my flea and worm treatments arrive?

All parasite protection products come in 3-packs designed to last three months. We’ll automatically send your next pack every quarter and send friendly dose reminders.

Can I change how often I get supplements or other add-ons?

Absolutely! Adjust the frequency of non-protection products like supplements, treats, and grooming items to suit your pet’s routine.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes—log in to your PawPlan account anytime to pause, update, or cancel your plan.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide—city, outback, or beach. (No international deliveries yet.)

How long will my order take?

We usually pack and ship within 1–2 business days; delivery arrives in 3–7 business days depending on location.

How often will I receive deliveries?
  • Flea & Worm Protection: Every three months (auto-shipped)
  • Supplements, treats & accessories: Monthly, quarterly, or one-off

We’ll group products where possible and send reminders for shipments and doses.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes—update schedules in your PawPlan account anytime.

Can I track my order?

Yep! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Payments & Billing

When am I charged?

Charged on your first order, then automatically before each shipment. We always send a renewal reminder.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do I get notified before renewal?

Yep! We’ll email you before each renewal so you can make changes if needed.

Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@pawplan.com.au with your order number and a photo—we’ll sort it right away.

Can I return parasite treatments?

For safety reasons we can’t accept returns on pet medications, but if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if my pet reacts to a product?

Stop using the product and email support@pawplan.com.au. We’ll help with next steps and notify the supplier if needed.

How do I update my pet’s details or address?

Log into your PawPlan account and make changes anytime—you’re in full control.

Use “Forgot password” on the login page to reset.
